Canon Details	After his body was stolen by the League of Villains when he was 17, Shirakumo was experimented upon and transformed into the Nomu Kurogiri. Kurogiri operated as key support personnel within the League for well over a decade, but was eventually captured and imprisoned by heroes. While he was in prison, the heroes were able to discover Kurogiri's origins. They called in Shirakumo's closest high school friends to interrogate Kurogiri, and in the process, Aizawa was able to get through to Shirakumo's original personality. It surfaced briefly, then Kurogiri was knocked unconscious by the experience. After arriving in Sidereal, Kurogiri began to seek help to disentangle himself from certain mental blocks that the League of Villains had imposed upon him. Through that process, Shirakumo came back to full consciousness, and now the two of them are seeking more independence from each other.

15 Second Summary	He's a cheerful, impulsive person who thinks about others before himself. His tendencies to be reckless have been exacerbated by the fact that he missed out on the last 15 years of his life due to being dead and buried in the back of someone else's consciousness, but he is still well-intentioned and kind. He just wants to get his life back in some capacity.
Abilities & Permissions
Abilities	In his "first life" he could summon clouds and fly around on them, or use them as barriers or smoke-screens. He can still do that within his dreamscape (which he can also manipulate to an extent) but he doesn't have any power to do anything in the physical world at the moment other than talk through a skull.
Permissions	I'm open to playing out most things, but please contact me if there's going to be violence heavier than punching or for anything we'd want to move off comm!
Sensing	To magical senses he seems partly undead and partly like a dream construct. His presence can be sensed with Kurogiri, as well.
